Unless otherwise noted, please call the Festival Administration Office after December 15th at 520-463-2600 to schedule an appointment. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 4:30.

- Food & Beverage/Cooking This position requires preparation and cooking of food in a high volume environment. Experience is beneficial and preferred. If you don't have the know-how but are willing to learn, we will give you the training and tools necessary for gaining a successful work experience. This position is performed backstage, so it does not require a costume.

|
- Food & Beverage/Preparation. This position includes preparation and/or dishing up food or beverage for our customers. Experience is a plus but not necessary, just the desire to learn and present our food and beverages with pride. This position is performed backstage, so it does not require a costume.
|
|
- Food & Beverage/Service. This position includes serving food and beverages at the front counter, taking orders and making change. We will teach you how to interact with our guests with a Renaissance flair. If you are looking of a position where you get to wear a costume and have fun with customers, this is the job for you. Basic math skills are essential.

|
|
- Parking. Employees courteously and efficiently guide vehicles into parking areas. This position is preformed in street clothes and we will provide a t-shirt and other equipment.
|
|
|
|
- Safety Services. This position is responsible for the safety and comfort of our guests. You will assist in finding lost children and parents. You will be available to provide directions and are the first to respond to medical needs and watch for hazards. We will provide a t-shirt and ball cap for this position. CPR, EMT, or police/security experience is a plus, though not a requirement. Applicants must be over 21.

- Sanitation. Employees are assigned to an area to keep it free of litter and to pull bags of trash once they are full. This job is performed in street clothes and we provide a Festival T-shirt.

Ticket Takers. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and work at the Festival's front gate in costume. The position is responsible for tearing ticket stubs as well as being alert to any irregularities or contraband (food, alcohol, weapons, etc.) patrons may be attempting to bring into the Festival. This position requires candidates attend the Entertainment workshops sponsored by the Festival.

- Clerical Assistant. Ticket Fulfillment, this position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher along with good customer service skills. Seasonal position December through April as needed. Call Janet Baptist 520-463-2600 x109.

Craft Shop or Games Employee
|
The Festival's craft and games vendors are independently contracted businesses. They are responsible for hiring any employees they need. Craft and games vendors sometimes arrive a week before show, and typically have their employees lined up. If you are interested in working for one of the vendors, please send us information to post on our job board and any interested craft shops will contact you.
